Keyworker at home

We’re improving our service for our keyworkers and students by introducing a brand new property management system.
 
Called StarRez, it will be rolled out across our student and keyworker sites from 24 July:

We’ll be in touch with all our existing student and keyworker customers later in the year to explain all the features of the new system and how they can get the most out of it.

Changes to direct debits and standing orders

Our bank details are changing with the new system. If you are currently paying your rent by direct debit or standing order to our Lloyds account, you will need to update our details. 

Future payments should be made to Barclays. A letter and email containing the new sort code and account number details have been sent to all keyworker and student customers who have existing direct debits and standing orders.

Please make sure you have made the necessary changes by Monday 30 September  to ensure your rent is paid into the right account.
