Working together for a sustainable future

Optivo colleagues and residents came together on 5 April to co-create plans to ensure a sustainable Optivo.Workshop.jpg

The session, held at Woburn House Conference Centre in London was part of our sustainability co-creation project and was arranged following surveys and interviews to gather resident views earlier this year.

The fun and informal session included lots of activities throughout the day which were designed to allow staff and residents to work together, co-creating an approach to measuring and reporting on our sustainability objectives.

All attendees had the opportunity to share their views and discuss what matters most to them when it comes to the environment.

A local artist, Jonny Glover from ‘More than Minutes’ even attended to create visual minutes of the day, capturing all key discussion points from the session.

Dritan Uka, Director of Asset Management at Optiv said:

“A Sustainable Optivo is a key priority for us and our residents.  Co-creating with our residents the roadmap to achieving Net Zero is at the heart of our approach and we’ll continue to engage with our residents and other key stakeholders to formulate and deliver the roadmap.”
