Our health & wellbeing service, Foundations, is offering a programme of FREE online courses and activities.
 
You can access them via Zoom, Facebook, e-Learning or by phone.

Chair Yoga for adults

Chair Yoga is a gentle introduction for those who are less flexible or who have not tried Yoga before. This is a relaxed activity with pre-recorded sessions to do at your leisure.

Nutrition support classes

Want to feel more control of diabetes? We’re offering a free online workshop focussing on on how to snack healthily and to offer support for those living with diabetes and for those caring or worrying about others with diabetes.

This is an online group programme running for 45 minutes and delivered by nutritionist Michelle Piddington.
We are also offering a bespoke nutrition programme for diabetes and a range of different needs.

Your Wellbeing One-to-One

Take the first step to feeling better and happier. Book a one-to-one session with a Health and Wellbeing officer. Using the Five Ways to Wellbeing, you’ll set some manageable goals to work towards. Identify your strengths and interests and start building on them. Phone or video-conference depending on your preference.
