IMAGE: A gas engineerIf you live in London and Surrey your Optivo heating contractor may be about to change from 1 August 2020.

We’re currently writing to all residents in this region with further details of the change. Your new contractor would take over from Morgan Sindall Property Services.

We’ll write to you with details on who to contact if your heating or hot water breaks down after 00.01am on 1 August 2020.

We promise these experienced engineers will go the extra mile to ensure you’re entirely happy with the service you receive.

They’ll be available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Your service will include:

  • Repairs and maintenance to heating and hot water systems within your home, within blocks and communal boilers
  • Annual gas safety checks
  • Servicing of electric heating.

Remember, it’s a legal requirement to service the gas appliances in your home, every year. This is to make sure they're safe and working correctly, and to keep you and your family safe.

It's essential for your own safety to allow us and our contractors access to your home so we can carry out the inspection.
