Important changes to the way you pay rent

31 March 2022

From 1 April 2022 we’ve switched from Allpay to PayPoint as our rent and service charge payment provider.

We know paying and keeping track of your rent and other charges is important to you. We want to reassure you that it will still be simple for you to make a payment to us.

You’ll have more flexibility and control over your account and feel confident your rent or other charges are paid.

If you previously paid by Direct Debit, Standing Order, by phone or via MyAccount you don’t need to make any changes to the way you pay.

Please Note: If you're awaiting a new rent payment card, it will arrive soon. In the meantime, you can still use your old rent payment card if you want to make a payment to us.

If you used to pay at the Post Office

From 1 April 2022 you’ll no longer be able to pay at the Post Office as this isn’t covered by PayPoint. If you want to pay in person, you’ll need to use a PayPoint location instead. You can search online for a convenient PayPoint location. Visit: consumer.paypoint.com
If you currently pay at a post office we’ll send you a new card to use at a PayPoint location.

If you used to pay via the Allpay App

You can how download the Optivo PayPoint App to your smartphone or tablet. You’ll need to go to your app store and search for Optivo PayPoint. Once you’ve registered you can use the app to make a payment to us wherever you are. The app will even store your information and payment details. Please note that the Allpay app is no longer available to make payments to Optivo.

If you’ve any questions, please contact us.
