The health and wellbeing of our residents is important to us here Optivo. We’re looking for Wellbeing Champions to volunteer to be ambassadors between our teams and our residents.

By engaging with more residents we can let them know about the opportunities we offer.

You know your neighbourhoods and communities best. Help us to promote our services and enhance the lives of residents, our communities and you, yourself as a volunteer.

What are the benefits of being a Wellbeing Champion?

  • Achieve an accredited qualification and further training
  • Travel / lunch expenses if volunteering more than 4 hours a day
  • Gain experience, references, feel good and make a difference.

What will I be doing as a Wellbeing Champion?

Promote Social Impact activities including:

  • Share with residents the benefits of a healthy lifestyle
  • Signposting to other local support services
  • Attending Resident Involvement events, community engagement events and projects
  • Supporting residents to attend courses and activities
