From 16 November 2020, Axis will take over from our current repairs contractor Osborne.


What does this mean for me?

From 16 November, if you live in East Sussex, Axis will be completing all repairs in your home. Don’t worry, there are no changes to the way you report a repair, you can still contact us in the usual ways.

The easiest and quickest way to report any repairs is using MyAccount, your free and secure online service. Visit: www.Optivo.org.uk/MyAccount

You can report repairs by phone on: 0800 121 60 60. You can also report repairs via web chat. For emergency repairs please call us.

 
Who are Axis?

Axis are a specialist repairs and maintenance contractor and we’re sure they’ll provide an excellent service for you. They already cover our Kent region. Their experienced operatives will go the extra mile to make sure you’re entirely happy with the service you receive.

What you can expect from Axis:
