An update on repairs

We’re working through the repair jobs and aim to complete them as soon as possible, but please be patient as there may still be some delays for certain jobs. 

In particular, we’re experiencing a high number of roof repairs. If you’ve an outstanding roof repair, please know we’ll contact you shortly (it’s very difficult to offer precise dates at the moment). 

Please also be aware that we’ve had some delays in sourcing materials due to the pandemic. This is affecting items including fence panels, and parts for door entry systems and lifts. We’ll do all we can to resolve issues as quickly as possible but we are sometimes reliant on third party suppliers, so we thank you for your patience. 

The best way to report your repair is on MyAccount. We’ll log your repair and get back to you within five working days.
