Are you self-employed and on Universal Credit? Find out more about how Universal Credit works or changes coming in our free virtual sessions from 28 July until 30 July between 9am & 10:30am.
Our money guidance service are running a series of sessions for people who have enrolled on Universal Credit (UC) and are managing their business.
The event will consist of 3 short sessions running for up to 3 days and cover:

Day 1- The basics on Universal Credit, calculating profits, how the Minimum Income Floor works.

Day 2 – Quick recap on the basics, reporting requirements, details for specific groups (carer, with children, etc)
- Day 3 – Quick recap on days 1 and 2, your questions, other support available for self-employed, Optivo’s money guidance and business advice services.
The course is aimed towards Optivo residents who are self-employed and who are on or might be considering Universal Credit however these sessions are open to anyone!
