Learn new life-changing skills to help you deal with life challenges through developing mental and emotional resilience in our free virtual workshops 

We will be running 6 workshops taking place every Tuesday from from 1 February to 8 March between 10am and 11:30am.

Participants are encouraged to attend all workshops or you can choose from the below which workshops you would like to attend.

  • Workshop 1 - Automatic pilot and what is mindfulness.
  • Workshop 2 - Mindfulness of breathing and body.
  • Workshop 3 - Managing stress and anxiety through mindfulness.
  • Workshop 4 - Working with challenging thoughts.
  • Workshop 5 - Mindfulness and compassion towards ourselves.
  • Workshop 6 - Keeping your mindfulness alive.
