Rent and service charges may change from April 2018. We'll write to you to confirm if your payments are changing, but you can find out more about these changes here.

Want to view your rent statement or service charge information?

You can keep track of rent payments and service charge information 24 hours a day using our online service MyAccount.

MyAccount is the quickest and easiest way to keep up to date with your payments and also allows you to report repairs and contact us at a time and place convenient to you!

Please note: We're making some planned changes to MyAccount. For customers living in a property that was previously managed by Viridian Housing, the rent and service charge information that is shown in MyAccount won’t be updated again until Monday 23 April. The information displayed may not reflect your current balance. Any payments that you make before this time will not show until or after 16 April. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.  (Last updated on Thursday 19 April)
