We know how essential a lift can be to your everyday life.

At Optivo, we have approximately 1,000 communal lifts and items of lifting equipment and we do everything we can to make sure they are operating the way you need them to work.

We carry out regular inspections and reviews of our lifts to ensure they are working:

  • efficiently,
  • safely
  • and meeting the needs of our residents.

Repairs to lifts

We’re committed to investing in our lifts to ensure our residents have modern, safe and reliable means of moving between floors.

If a lift is out of service or has developed a fault, then please report this to us

In an emergency (e.g. someone is stuck in the lift) please call us on 0800 121 60 60. Our Lift Contractors will respond within one hour of the issue being reported. For non-urgent repairs, our Lift Contractors will attend within four hours.

Please note: There's currently a global shortage of the parts we need to keep all the lifts working. Our contractors are doing their best to find the right electrical components as quickly as possible to repair any broken lifts or door entry systems.
