Making a payment

You can pay your rent or service charges online using our website, by Direct Debit, over the phone or in person at one of the many nationwide PayPoint locations.

From 1 April 2019 your rent is calculated over 53 weeks. This is because there are 53 Mondays in the year 2019/2020. This means if you’re paying monthly you need to multiply your weekly rent by 53 and divide by 12.

It’s really important you do this otherwise you won’t be paying the right amount and you could fall into arrears.

Remember you can check your rent account any time of the day via MyAccount.
