Our standard office hours are Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. Outside of these hours we run an out-of-hours service for emergencies only.

The quickest and easiest way for people to get in touch is using our online contact form in MyAccount. This can be used by everyone; existing Optivo residents and the general public.

As well as sending us messages residents can also use MyAccount to manage their rent and repairs (plus lots more!) from the comfort of their own home.  If you login and email us using MyAccount, you can also keep track of your conversation history with us.

We’re available from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. An emergency service operates outside these hours.

We may take longer to answer calls in the morning (between 9am and 11am) as this is our busiest time. The quickest way to contact us for non-urgent enquiries is through MyAccount.
