Employees and governance members at Optivo must not place themselves under any obligation which might influence, or be perceived to influence, the conduct of their duties. 

We have clear rules and procedures in relation to the receipt of gifts, hospitality and other probity matters.

In having a dedicated policy and established processes, we can make sure that Optivo are compliant with section 122 of Housing and Regeneration Act 2008 and charitable law (this covers probity matters).
