The pandemic has had a massive impact on so many people's lives, and our social purpose is more important than ever:

We will inspire residents and people in our communities to fulfil their potential through confidence, skills, jobs and improved wellbeing.

We’re energising our whole business in our approach. Read more in our Social Impact Statement for 2020-2025. You can also read more about our approach to adding social value to the communities we serve through contracts and procurement.

  • We want to help residents gain confidence and skills to get online. This will allow them to access job opportunities, social contact opportunities and wellbeing programmes. We’ll do this through support, advice and digital skills training. Find out more.
  • We want our residents to understand and access all the financial support available to them; our specialist Money Guidance Team are there help them do that. Find out more.
  • We want to assist people with significant support needs to overcome challenges, sustain their tenancies and live independently. We’ll focus our support on our most vulnerable residents, and where tenancies are most at risk.

4. We’ll develop partnerships to improve communities

We’ll work with local authorities and voluntary sector partners to support community and neighbourhood improvement

5. We’ll shape our services with input from residents

Our residents are at the heart of everything they do. Together, we’ll shape and co-create our services. We’ve already consulted widely with 4,462 people about creating opportunities and support. This, and future consultations, will allow us to make positive changes for the benefit of all our residents.
