image: family smilingResidents are at the heart of everything we do and we set out our strategic plan for 2017-2020 with this in mind.

Focussing on four key objectives, we’ll aim to:
  1. Provide sector leading service – so that residents recommend us and have access to online services for efficiency and convenience

  2. Value our people – we want colleagues to be proud to work for us and to say we’re a great employer.  If our colleagues are happy, the work we do will be even more effective for our residents

  3. Maximise our social impact  – to help solve the housing crisis we’ll be starting new homes every year.  We’re focussed on getting our residents into jobs and training, to enrich their lives and grow their confidence

  4. Ensure a sustainable business – to ensure we can continue to support our residents and provide more homes we’ll grow our operating margin. We’re going for ‘Gold’, we’ve set out to achieve the Sustainable Homes for Tomorrow Award. 
Everything we do is linked to these four objectives.  And as we go we’ll be living and breathing our CORE behaviours and values.
