The introduction of our Wild Ash Croft development saw us redevelop Ceres Court and bring 40 new homes to the Sittingbourne area as part of an £8.6m regeneration project. It brought a range of high quality homes available through affordable rent and Shared Ownership.

The redevelopment work was shortlisted for a National Housing Award in the category of ‘Best Scheme in Planning’. The criteria for this category included ‘showing a strong commitment to environmental sustainability whilst remaining affordable for future residents’.
  • Homes: 40 new family homes, a mix of houses for rent and for Shared Ownership
  • Address: Eagles Close, Sittingbourne, ME10 3RJ
  • Opened: Early 2018

Ceres Court was built over 50 years ago in the early 1960s. After consultation with local residents and Swale Borough Council, it was decided to demolish the existing blocks and regenerate the area.

As well as providing a mix of locally in keeping, modern homes, the new site enhanced the existing play facilities and multi games area.

The development also includes two wheelchair accessible units and benefits from low energy lighting and water saving measures.
