This development is being delivered as part of the Coastal Space project, which has seen us work in partnership with Hastings Borough Council. All the homes will be affordable rent .

We’re working together to regenerate existing buildings in St Leonards.

Empty, run down and derelict properties have been given new life as quality, affordable homes.

A total of 38 properties were transformed across seven sites during the first stage of the project.

For the second stage of the project Winchester House, a building that stood empty for more than ten years, has just been completed.

The Coastal Space partnership has delivered 26 affordable rent apartments here.

Leolyn House is benefiting from funding from the South East Local Enterprise Partnership and Homes England. It's due to complete in Spring 2020.
 
  This housing scheme is nestled in the conservation area of St Leonards. It’s within walking distance to the local train station (Warrior Square) and close to the seaside.

There are also nearby shops and restaurants and the trendy Norman Road artisan district.
