The quickest way to update your communications preferences is via your online account with us.
As Southern Housing is a new housing association (formed following the merger of Optivo and Southern Housing Group in December 2022), the online service you need to use will depend on who used to manage your home; either Optivo or Southern Housing Group.
Simply login to the appropriate online service to manage your preferences. You can also update your contact information, for example if you have a new phone number or email address.
