Our efforts to provide the best customer experience to our residents has been recognised with a national award!
Optivo has been named the best ‘Contact centre – small’ at the UK Customer Experience Awards 2017.
The UK Customer Experience Awards celebrate and promote excellence in customer experience.
Among those shortlisted in our category included Bristan Group, Business Stream in partnership with Cap Gemini, ISN Software UK Ltd, East Sussex Highways, Power NI and Scottish Widows.
The winners were announced at a ceremony held at Wembley Stadium on Thursday night (28 September).
We want people to feel safe, secure and happy in their home from the day they move in. Our customer experience guide, called ‘Together Better’, sets out how we go about achieving this.
This includes doing what we say we’ll do, being clear about when we’ll do it, and listening to improve what we do.
