image: contact usWe're changing our contact hours from the start of July. We’ll now be available to take calls and reply to online chats from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Outside these hours, we provide emergency repairs service*.

The easiest way to contact us is with our free online service, MyAccount, where you can report a repair, pay your rent, view your rent statements and lots more!

You can do these tasks 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

We also have a MyAccount app which makes it easier than ever to manage your service from your Smart phone or tablet. Just go to your iTunes account or Google Play Store and download the app today. Simply search for ‘Optivo MyAccount’.

*Please note: our emergency repair service is ‘make safe’ only.

If you provide misleading or false information which makes us believe your repair is an emergency when it isn’t, we may charge you for the call-out.
