About our training programme...

Our new job programme is for those interested in working in one of the many roles currently available at Gatwick Airport.

As one of the South East’s largest employers, Gatwick Airport has over 30,000 staff and 200 different employers on site in a number of different industries including catering, hospitality, logistics, retail and customer service. That's where our new job programme can help!

On successful completion of our training programme you will be awarded an NCFE Employability Certificate. The sessions are tailored towards the job role you want and at the end of the programme you can use these valuable skills to apply for a job placement!

There's a guaranteed interview on completion of the programme and if successful, you'll be working at Gatwick Airport on a work placement that gives you fantastic experience and is a real boost to your CV!
 

To be eligible you must:

  • Be able to pass a 5 year referencing check and Criminal Record Check (details provided on application)
  • Commit to 3 week full-time training programme which includes volunteering and work placements.
  • Be eligible to work in the UK.
  • Have suitable levels of English and maths.
