Proud to deliver new homes

We’re continuing to build new homes and doing our bit to tackle the housing crisis.

Our Development Team have delivered new homes in East Sussex, with residents set to move in this summer.

The attractive Cuckoo Meadow development (pictured right) is on the edge of the historic market town of Hailsham.

It overlooks the countryside and is only ten miles from the coast and the scenic South Downs.

The 22 houses are very spacious in design and have been built with good sized gardens, in a lovely location.

It includes 13 homes for rent and nine shared ownership homes.

The shared ownership properties at Cuckoo Meadow are currently all under offer.

However, if you’d like to find out more about shared ownership, along with other properties we have available, visit: https://www.optivo.org.uk/finding-a-home/buying-a-home.aspx

In Kent, we’ve delivered six beautiful family homes in Queenborough (pictured right). All have a unique character and benefit from off street parking in the form of private driveways to the front garden.

The well designed homes, which benefit from solar panels, are all general needs rent.

It’s an exciting time for Optivo. Our recent merger has given us the capacity to grow our development programme to more than 1,500 homes per year.
