Gender & Diversity Pay Gap Report

At Optivo a diverse and inclusive workforce is a central priority. Our staff are integral to delivering services that we can be proud of. We know our workforce is critical to our success and we want every employee to come to work feeling valued for the job they do.

This report sets out gender pay gap information based on a total of 1,515 employees on the snapshot date of 5 April 2018. We’re encouraged Optivo’s gender pay gap is below the national average. However, we’re not complacent and are committed to taking positive steps to continue narrowing the gender pay gap.

By law, we’re only required to disclose our gender pay figures. This year we’ve also assessed the gap for our Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) employees. This data has been produced on the same basis as our gender pay data and can be found in this report.

We’re now taking action in line with our Diversity Strategy and this report includes an action plan that’s regularly reviewed and reported on. We're committed to continue building on the work we’ve already started and accelerating the progress made so far. We know we’ve more to do, and will continue to lead with a strategy that places inclusion at its heart.
