Since the Grenfell tragedy, we’ve re-examined our safety systems to ensure we have the most robust procedures in place.
We’ve done this with the support of our residents. We’re establishing a full picture of our homes, our future liabilities and exposure to risk.
Our Board, together with our Resident Strategy Group, receive regular reports from our Director of Building Safety and ensure we’re meeting all new statutory requirements.
We’ve an established Building Safety Programme Board which is accountable for the delivery of our building and fire safety projects and compliance with legislation and regulation.

Our commitment to you
We continue to strive for the highest standards when it comes to fire and building safety. Here’s what we’ve done, and continue to do, to ensure this is the case:
- We’ve completed all Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs) for all our blocks. All resulting actions from these inspections are being completed and are regularly monitored by our Property Health and Safety group. Customer Obsession Group, and Board
- Each building has its own Fire Risk Assessment. Contact us if you would like to receive a copy of the risk assessment report for your building
- We’ve validated the competency of all of our fire risk assessors who have completed FRAs on our behalf. We’ve completed validation checks in relation to the accuracy of our FRAs
- We’ve created a dedicated Building Safety Team to manage and audit all aspects of fire and building safety overseen by our Director of Building Safety
- We've a Primary Authority Partnership with the London Fire Brigade which provides consistent regulatory advice that makes it simpler and easier to comply with fire safety legislation
- We're implementing controls for planning, procuring and delivering building works to Higher Risk buildings
- We’re working with the Fire and Rescue Service who undertake audits on our blocks and make recommendations which we implement
- We review fire safety advice and practices regularly
- We've co-created a Resident Engagement Strategy which outlines our approach to engagement throughout the residents' journey, irrespective of building height.
